Finally. A place that actually gets what it's like to parent your kid.
Monthly coaching, real strategies, and a community that doesn't make you feel like you're doing it wrong. All for $30/month.
You’re struggling with things like screentime limits, getting your kids up for school, sensory challenges, potty training, or just getting your kids to take a dang shower.
Plus add the fact that you’re overwhelmed, overstimulated, and maybe even neurodivergent yourself and you want to figure out how to be the parent your neurodivergent kids need without completely ignoring your own needs.
Parenting neurodivergent kids and managing a neurofamily isn’t for the faint at heart.
You’re juggling everyone’s unique needs and help your family stay regulated when everyone is out of sorts—and trying to do it without compromising my needs to accommodate everyone else.
The current state of the world has your head spinning and you keep spiraling in anxiety over the current administration, ADHD med shortages, and the lack of basic community support and resources.
But Imagine What It Will Feel Like When You Have…
The skills and scripts to advocate for your child with schools, therapists, the Cub Scouts leader, and even your mother-in-law — so you stop walking out of those meetings feeling like you got steamrolled.
A family where it's not just the loudest kid getting all the accommodations — where everyone's needs actually get met, including yours.
A next step that's clear. Not a Pinterest board spiral at 2am. Not another podcast that leaves you more overwhelmed than when you started. Just: here's where you are, here's what to do next.
Strategies to meet your neurodivergent child's needs in a way that leaves them feeling heard and understood — without you quietly losing your mind in the process.
Confidence in your parenting in any setting — even during a meltdown in aisle 7 of Target with Nosy Nancy staring you down — because you know exactly what your kid needs to get regulated and you're not second-guessing yourself.
Your neurodivergent kids actually following basic boundaries. Getting up for school. Putting their dishes away. Showering without a 45-minute negotiation.
The Empowered Neurofamily Roadmap
Here's something most parenting advice gets completely wrong: it assumes every neurofamily is dealing with the same thing.
They're not.
After working with hundreds of neurofamilies, I've mapped out the 5 stages every neurofamily moves through, AND the strategies that actually work at each one. No skipping ahead, no one-size-fits-all. Just the right next step for where you actually are.
STAGE ONE: DROWNING IN DRAMA
Nobody's regulated, you're running on fumes, and it feels like the universe has a personal vendetta against your family. This is the "just survive the day" stage — and the place to start is Foundational strategies.
STAGE TWO: MELTDOWN MADNESS
Your whole life revolves around your kid's next explosion. Avoiding it, managing it, recovering from it — on repeat. This stage is about Regulate strategies, and yes, there is a way out of the loop.
STAGE THREE: BOUNDARIES BONANZA
The meltdowns have slowed down, but only because you've dropped every single expectation and you're basically a full-time people-pleaser for a 7-year-old. Time to layer in Balance strategies — boundaries, routines, and behavior plans that actually stick.
STAGE FOUR: CLEVER CONVERSATIONS
Home is working! But the second you leave the house, chaos. School meetings, Cub Scouts, the pediatrician who doesn't listen — it's a fight everywhere else. This stage is about Advocacy strategies so you stop being ignored.
STAGE FIVE: Active Architect
Your neurofamily is genuinely rocking. Now you optimize — revisit what's working, upgrade what isn't, and add the strategies you didn't have capacity for before.
You know what type of neurofamily you want to build, but there’s a lot that’s still tripping you up!
Like navigating setting some boundaries around doing household chores such as putting food and dishes away after use?
Or sometimes when your kid is so dysregulated that they want something but refuse the thing they JUST asked for and you just give up even trying because the scrambling for answers is hard on both of you.
Or feeling like you have to be a behavioral specialist, a psychologist, a speech therapist, and an occupational therapist on top of staying up to date with all the parenting classes and child development research.
And I get it… This is our kids’ future we’re talking about, so the pressure is on!
And if you don’t have a plan to follow, or a community to fall back on, it can be easy to make some critical mistakes, get off track, and watch your neurofamily go off the rails.
That’s why I’ve created my community-based membership, Neurofamily Collective.
Neurofamily Collective
A community and coaching membership designed to help you create a regulated, balanced, and self-advocating neurofamily by design instead of default.

Hey friend, Kaylene here.
I'm a multiply-disabled neurodivergent adult raising 6 neurodivergent tiny humans with my husband who has ADHD and dyslexia.
We're what I call a neurofamily.
(I’m guessing you are too!)
I'm also a parent coach and I’ve spent the last decade helping parents just like you develop the unique flavor of parenting strategies that ACTUALLY work for their weird-ass neurofamilies. :)
In that time I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of parents with unique circumstances—toddlers, teens, non-speaking, highly verbal, comorbid disorders, single parents, only children, large families, homeschoolers, and more—and I’ve seen what’s actually working right now behind the scenes in families just like yours.
It’s my mission to help empower neurofamilies like ours to build the family lives that we deserve, and that make sense only for us instead of trying to follow “best practices” until we feel like epic failures.
Here's the Thing About "I'll Join When Things Calm Down"
Things don't calm down. You know this.
There's always a new school year, a new med adjustment, a new situation that needs your full attention right now. The chaos doesn't schedule a break so you can get organized first.
And in the meantime, your kid is having the same meltdown. You're having the same argument about the dishes. You're walking out of the same IEP meeting feeling like you got absolutely nowhere.
Six months from now, you could still be Googling at 2am hoping something sticks.
Or you could have 6 months of the right strategies, real coaching, and a community that actually gets your family under your belt.
The strategies in the Neurofamily Collective aren't going to be easier to implement later when life is busier. Your kid isn't going to need them less. And $30/month isn't going to feel more affordable after the holidays, or after back-to-school, or after whatever comes next.
The best time to start was probably six months ago.
The next best time is right now.

-
Our community is there for you when YOU need it. We get it… some weeks are intense, and others allow for more discovery and breathing room. There is no set time commitment.
-
ALL of the information in the Neurofamily Collective is intended to be tailored to the needs of your unique neurofamily. Nothing in this program will attempt to put your child into a box for our convenience—We don’t believe in that!
-
We aim to make everything in The Collective accessible! There are many paths to get the information that are executive functioning-friendly… From worksheets to captioned video trainings, we aim to provide a range of resources so you can integrate the information in a way that fits best for you.
-
You are 100% welcome, even if you don't have a diagnosed neurodivergent child!
Here's the truth: If you try to implement "normal" parenting strategies with a neurodivergent child, it'll be an epic failure, but if you use neurodivergent-friendly strategies with neurotypical kids it will work out just fine.
That being said, this course will assume you have a neurodivergent child, so you'll just have to ignore when I say "neurodivergent" and take what applies to you. :)
I work with parents in my program that have kids who have all sorts of neurodivergencies (and even neurotypical children) so these strategies will work for you, especially since I focus on finding your unique "flavor" of parenting. :)

Join the Neurofamily Collective, check out the new foundations course, work through a few of the library resources… And if you decide this program isn’t quite right for you, you are backed by our 100% Hassle-Free Guarantee.
Simply email me at Kaylene@EmpoweredNeurofamilies.com within 14 days of your purchase and tell me why the membership didn’t work for you. I’ll personally refund 100% of your purchase price.
There truly is no risk. :)
PS: Parent to Parent, friend to friend,
I genuinely want to see your family thrive.
I know what it’s like to sit on the floor crying because you can’t figure out how to stop the constant meltdowns and you want nothing more than to help your neurodivergent child feel comfortable in their world.
I know what it’s like to wonder if you’ve “created a monster” because you over-accommodated and now your neurofamily has absolutely no boundaries and you’re about to burnout because the only reason your child is regulated is because you bend over backwards to meet their every whim.
I know what it’s like to feel like we finally figured out how to make our neurofamily work, but it all falls apart the second you step outside your home and enter the “real world”, so you feel like you have no choice but to become a total hermit and avoid society as a whole.
And I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be that way, friend.
Together, we can find the unique flavor of parenting strategies that actually work for your neurofamily so that you can have the family life you’ve always wanted.
One where every person’s needs are met. Where co-accommodation is the norm. And where you all enjoy doing life together.
Now all you have to do is take this next step…
